Understanding CP Services
The H-Sphere control panel is a set of separate programs that run on a dedicated server.
If any of the services are not working properly, the Control Panel system may not display or work properly. However, since the Control Panel itself is separate from other services running your site, other services such as HTTP and Email will continue to function normally.
